1. What is remedy-pros.com?
Jack: Is our website, where people can learn more about our specialized cleaning and biohazard services. We focus on creating safe and welcoming spaces for individuals and families, especially in challenging situations.
2. How did the company emerged?
Jack: It was created to fill a gap for compassionate cleanup services, especially in situations that require more care, like hoarding and biohazard remediation.

3. Do you only focus your services in the Denver area?
Jack: Denver is central to our work, but we serve all of Colorado and neighboring states as well, so we’re able to help people in a wider range of locations.
4. Where do you travel to offer your services?
Jack: While our main focus is Denver and Colorado, we’re flexible with travel and willing to serve surrounding states for those who need our services.
In addition to offering the best cleaning in homes, it has the knowledge for damages such as caused by water/mold since they can cause an infestation and can ruin your home and your health in less than 48 hours. The equipment will stop any leaks and properly dry areas for reconstruction. Trying to address these issues in the past by individuals has resulted in more repairs and health problems.
5. What type of services can we find in your company?
Jack: We offer hoarding and clutter cleanup, biohazard remediation, downsizing assistance, and specialized carpet and rug cleaning. We also work with respected community organizations, including the Longmont Housing Authority and various caregiving facilities throughout Denver.
Jack emphasize, “We’re approved vendors for victim advocates and the Area Agency on Aging. Our certifications can be viewed on our website.”
6. How long does it take to finish the job?
Jack: Most jobs are completed in a day, but larger jobs take more time, allowing clients to adjust to the changes. We schedule around each client’s needs to ensure they feel comfortable and supported.
7. Is there a job that you have found difficult to work with and how have you managed to pull through successfully?
Jack: Some cases are emotionally challenging, especially where clients are attached to items that aren’t safe to keep. For example, we once managed a hoarding cleanup by taking a compassionate, step-by-step approach, involving family and supporting the client through each decision, which made the process a success.
8. How has the growth been during these 5 years?
Jack: We’ve been fortunate to grow steadily over five years, driven largely by word-of-mouth referrals from clients, caregiving facilities, and advocates. We’re grateful that people trust us with their cleanup needs, especially those in difficult situations.
